TRB's DJ/MC Service Rates
DJ rates vary based on type of event, while Weddings are typically more expensive each quote will be different based on the uniqueness and complexity of request which may require more extensive planning and setup time.

Before Your Event:
Up to two planning meetings prior to your event, at a mutually-agreeable time and location within a 30-minute drive of Chandler.
Optional: we can hold a “virtual meeting” via telephone or Skype if you are unable to meet face-to-face in the Chandler area.
Sound requirements & equipment such as subwoofers depend on the number of guest expected.

What’s NOT Included?
My standard rates above usually covers everything. But there are exceptions to every rule. The most common examples:
Driving time to venues: Significantly beyond 50 miles or a one-hour drive from Chandler. $25 for 50 Miles and $5 for every additional 20 miles.
Outdoor events only: A tent or other suitable shelter is mandatory for all outdoor events, rain or shine. If you or your venue do not provide shelter, I will bring my own canopy tent for a $100 extra.
If your event requires a location change (outdoor ceremony / indoor reception at same venue), I may need to pay a helper to ensure a speedy move from one part of your event to the next. Should your event plans incur any additional fees, I will let you know up-front, before any contract is signed. Once your contract is signed, the price is locked-in — no “hidden fees” later in the process!
Contracts and Payments
Contracts and signing process
Once the service type is agreed on a customized contract will reflect all services requested. This will include the PA System, DJ Booth, Lighting packages, monogram, and Video or Slideshow setups. The contract and Deposit due invoice will be sent to the customer for review and signing. Customer signs and sends the contract back to TRSVP for final signing. TRSVP DJ will sign and send a completed copy of the contract back to the customer. .
The Deposit is due upon receipt of the completed contract and will be defined as 1/2 the total fee. Payment instructions and due dates are defined in the DJ Contract and the deposit will insure date of service is held for all customers. This prevents double booking and stop TRSVP DJ Service from booking other clients for the same date. For this reason if customer cancels the committed date the deposit may be forfeited at TRSVP's discretion.
Final Payment Requirements
Final payment is due the day before the scheduled event. Payment must be paid in full no later than the night before the event to insure service. If payment is not received the the day before the event the DJ will not be dispatched and the deposit and all monies paied may be forfeited. This policy will be reflected in the agreed upon contract and made clear before signing is completed. This policy removes the stress from the DJ entertainer trying to seek payment during the the event.
